Greetings from Crater Lake National Park!

Crater Lake was my home for two summers while I was in college, in 1964 and 1965. Now I mostly just see it from a plane window when traveling from Maine out to Portland--when I do, even from 32,000 feet up, I begin to cry.

Sincerely,

Beverly Roxby

P.S. I support the parks because… they do make me feel small, and humble, and in awe. I'm 70 but someday I'll climb Rainier and hike the Bridle Veil Trail. Parks inspire passion and possibilities for adventures still to come. They must be preserved.
