Greetings from Yosemite National Park!

In 1976, my wife & I, took a month long cross country camping adventure for our 1st wedding anniversary. We drove from Miami, FL to San Francisco, CA in our 1969 Karman Ghia-VW. Stopping to visit or camping in 14 Nat'l Parks or Nat'l Monuments including Hot Springs, AR, Aztec Ruins, NM, Mesa Verde, CO, Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, UT, Yosemite, CA. On our way back Grand Canyon, Wupatki, Sunset Crater, Petrified Forrest, AZ and Carlsbad Caverns, NM. We still remember the beautiful scenery and adventures of our trip, (our slide projector helps). We made it thru that experience and 38 yrs. of marriage. We both just retired, I think it's time for another long adventure, maybe a van this time.

Sincerely,

Bobbie & Ed

Yosemite National Park

Half Dome is arguably the most iconic feature in Yosemite National Park. The 5,000 foot granite peak rises above the Valley floor in one dramatic sweep of sheer rock and the climb to the top is a goal for many people from all walks of life.
